So I hear that yesterday was the first day of Spring.

But all the green I see are a few weeds (that should have been pulled, Mother) ...

Well, okay, perhaps I do see a few chives coming up. But really.
Is this any way for Spring to treat a lady, I ask you?

I think I may just stage a sit-down strike until Spring agrees to cooperate.
I mean, honestly. All this brown is simply unacceptable, wouldn't you agree?

Shouldn't we all be good stewards of the world in which we live?
After all, it's the only one we have ...

At least until we figure out how to travel to other worlds.
But even then, who would want us trashing their backyard, too?
