What? WHAT?!? It's not a street!
It's just the stupid front porch.
One of only two successful runs for freedom this summer, lasting a grand total of 15 minutes, until she
Seriouslies. You think she would let me do anything fun, like visit the neighbor squirrels?
*sigh*

What no visit to the neighbouring squirrels? Drats that is not on. Have a tremendous Thursday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
I am glad your mom is so protective of you.
ReplyDeleteSometimes us moms seem a little overprotective, don't we?
ReplyDeleteBetter safe than mowed over by Allie or Maxwell trying to get to the food bowl.
ReplyDeleteHarry meows that gopher tastes better than squirrel
ReplyDeleteWaffles would like to know if you saw any chickens crossing your ... uh, porch.
ReplyDeleteMy cat bro Bert is always making escape attempts. Mom grabs him pretty fast, but if he makes it to the yard, Bailie rounds him up for Mom. The great outdoors is dangerous for kitties.
ReplyDeleteOh my such gorgeous photos, we love them and your expression is priceless!
ReplyDeletedood...use cautionz....squirrelz can be vizshuz...vizshuz aza deer with out a pix nic baskit...noe wait...thatz a vizshuz bear......well, squirrelz can be vizshuz... troo lee
ReplyDeleteBelieve us, you're better safe indoor ! But we hope that a squirrel succeeds to sneak in one day, so you can have some fun ! Purrs
ReplyDeleteMums spoil all the fun, then use the same excuse that it is for our own good.
ReplyDeleteFaraday, you really are very good-looking! That must be why you get away with so much.
ReplyDeleteMy kitty brought me a squirrel that got into our house through a hole that the other squirrels made. The squirrel didn't think it was fun at all. My cat however enjoyed it immensely. Everyone escaped unharmed including me :o
ReplyDeleteMommy would totally TOTALLY freak if one of us did that to her! (Hm, we'd kinda like to see that, actually...!)
ReplyDeleteAww, she's just trying to keep you safe. Those squirrels really should come inside to visit you tho...
ReplyDeleteThat's more outside than we have gotten, Faraday. Newton made a break for it onto our tiny screened porch today and was told it was too hot for him outside. Talk about indignity!
ReplyDeleteI did that the first year I lived here. That's when M decided to get me a harness so they could take me outside and watch me. The downside is that sometimes I ask to go out when they don't have time to take me. I do get rather pesty about it too.
ReplyDeleteOur mom lives in dread of us getting out. Of course, we aren't used to it either and live in dread of it too. It means we are going to visit the Vishus Evil Torcherer.
ReplyDeleteNext time you gotta be faster, Faraday.
ReplyDeleteWe do feel badly for you, especially as we have a Catio on which to spend our days. More exquisite photos, and Mom is pouting as her photos are so lackluster. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
