Awwwwww, poor Allie. Mommy's Fuz absolutely refused to go out in the snow. luckily it didn't snow much in St. Louis where the humans were living then. (Fuz wasn't allowed to go out in NYC and there is no snow on South Florida, yay!) Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrs.
We've had a lot of snow here so far this winter, in our little corner of Ontario. And it was hilarious watching Derry outside yesterday afternoon, in our enclosed back space. The snow is all crusty and icy now, and he made sure he put his paws in the existing paw prints (made by Nicki, some days ago). No way was he going to venture into uncharted territory, so to speak. :-)
That's funny! The girls made a bee-line for the door when I opened it during the Christmas-time heavy snow. The blast of cold air stopped them very fast.
You asked about our sky hammocks. They are pretty common in Europe but are usually marketed as hammocks that go over radiators. We just happened to have a sky beam handy!

We've never seen that white stuff before.
ReplyDeleteI walk that way on the hot tiles getting from garden to patio door saying "hot hot hot hot hot!" Does Allie say "cold cold cold cold cole"?
ReplyDeleteWell, it can be fun to watch the humans try to walk on icy sidewalks too ;-)
ReplyDeletePurrs
We hate being out in the snow and try to make ourselves as small as possible. Fortunately we don't get too much of it.
ReplyDeleteOMC, we don't even want to remember the "hots"! We never go outside, but Mommy has seen kittehz try to sling snow off their footsies. Hilarious!
ReplyDeleteBoy, it was 107 here several times. It was HORRIBLE!
