Nightshade is a very special girl, and she deserves a very special home.
This gentle, sweet girl was brought in by animal control recently - with a wound in her neck.
Upon closer examination, the veterinarians at Wayside determined that someone had stuck a needle - with thread - into this poor kitty. Thankfully, she escaped from the creatures who would do such a terrible thing to a cat.
We're so glad she ended up with us and is well on her way to good health. And hopefully soon, a happy home.
You'd think after what she endured at the hands of humans that a cat like Nightshade would be wary but she's the sweetest, most trusting soul.
She's awaiting her forever family at Allie's Alma Mater, Wayside Waifs.
