Maxwell: What do you mean, exactly, by "fritz"? Like, bad reception or something?
Allie: No, as in "there are no birds here". None. Not a one.
Faraday: Well, what are you going to do about it, Allie?
Allie: What do I know about premium channel repair, brat?
Maybe it'll just self-correct or something, if I sit here long enough.
Maxwell: Uhh ... I don't think it works that way, Allie.
Faraday: That's it. I'm calling the plumber.
Maxwell: Dood. The plumber? Don't you mean the cable guy?
Faraday: You say potato ....

maybe you need to send the parents out to get a bird feeder or bird bath or something to enhance the tv viewing experience
ReplyDeleteWho knows? The plumber might be able to help?
ReplyDeleteCall Hitchcock; he'll find you some birds...hehehehe!
ReplyDeleteWell, at least you won't have any rude birds pooping on stuff like they do around here. We'll gladly send them your way.
ReplyDeleteUmm, time to send your mum or dad out with foods for the birds, that brings them back.
ReplyDeleteWe would recommend calling the birder...
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
"there are no birds here". None. Not a one.

ReplyDeleteMaybe they are on strike.
ReplyDeleteHow about squirrels? Look down!
ReplyDeleteHe ha! At least we've never had a plumber say, "I'll be there between sometime 12:00 and 5:00" and show up at 6:00.
ReplyDeleteThe Island Cats have an annoying pooping bird. Maybe they can send him over.
ReplyDeleteWhere are all of your birds? Have they gone north for the summer??
ReplyDeleteYou need a magpie. Harry was talking to ours today. I'll tell him to tell it to visit you - how's that?
ReplyDeleteMOL! We thought you were calling a plumber to crack the case!
ReplyDeleteCRACK-ed the case? Mommy's laffing!!!!!!!
DeleteDid you get it to work? We hate it when BirdTV goes on the fritz!
ReplyDeleteThe Florida Furkids
I think you need to tell Mom to feed the birds :)
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha at The Beaded Tail!
ReplyDeleteMaybe some Mommy or Daddy should put out some premium bird seed and/or fruit?
Seriouslies, you can't just wish it will get better!
Or as I'd say Allie "I want what I paid for! I paid for burd tv and I want burd tv complete with the burds!" By next year, my burd tv is being cancelled altogether by the cable co.
ReplyDeleteCall Mommy. She'll know what to do!
ReplyDeleteThere are plenty of squirrels outside our tv. We love Allie's collar!
ReplyDeleteDid you kitties scare away the birdies? Maybe check to see if the feeder is full.
ReplyDeleteShucks, bad Bird Channel reception is the pits. Hope it got better...ours is mostly purrty good lately! There is even a rodent channel now:)
ReplyDeleteI think your window installers freaked out all your wildlife and sent them packing. Though my Dad says we have fewer birdies (though many squirrels) because they went South and the ones who will come here for winter didn't arrive yet.
