There's one under a raised bookcase in our living room, and Derry likes to squeeze himself underneath to lie beside it. We don't know how he manages to get out again. Ha.
There's one in the living room near where I sleep (and one right behind my litter pan!) and would you believe I actually leave when the blower comes on! ---Truffles
You are a very smart kitty, Faraday. We use the radiators at our house the way you use the heating vent. Mom says that when she was a girl they had heating vents like that. In the morning when she got up she would sit over one and make a tent of her nightgown and fill it up with all the warm air. We also have our heated kitchen floor, which is the best thing ever invented. Stay warm and cozy. Ho, ho, ho, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
dood...gram paw dude used ta due thiz...all...de...time...ewe could walk inta de kitshun N swear de heet had gone OUT...it bee that cold.... coz him be layin cross de heet vent ♥♥♥ !!!
Can you believe I am not allowed on the floor vents because it is bad for my coat as a show kitty? You know I would lie on them anyway if I wanted, but luckily for my human I don't do it
We have floor vents too, but we dont sit on them very often. In fact TBT saw Iza sitting on one yesserday an assumed it was just a random spot to sit. Heat pump vents arent all THAT warm.
That's the best spot! :-)

ReplyDeleteYou are one lucky kitty: warm air warming your tummy.
ReplyDeleteCan you believe I am not allowed on the floor vents because it is bad for my coat as a show kitty? You know I would lie on them anyway if I wanted, but luckily for my human I don't do it
ReplyDeleteI am glad you have the warms, it is better than the worms that one of our kitties had.
ReplyDeleteWe love those hot air thingys!
ReplyDeleteMine blow outward and I am right there sucking heat.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have those air things, but we have wide old radiators that are just great ! Purrs
ReplyDeleteOh yes, these are the best..,course my feline sisters tend to hug the vents. They claim they are only for cats!
ReplyDeleteWe do, but my kitties never sit on them.
ReplyDeletewe gots them floor vents too....Mo and Spud particularly like to sleep on them....
ReplyDeleteOurs are in the ceiling, so since we aren't spider cats, we lay in front of the fireplace! You do look very comfy!
ReplyDeleteYou look very content. We don't have hot air vents, but we have got a wood burner and I like to lie full stretch in front of it.
ReplyDeleteOurs are in the ceiling, otherwise we'd be on em!
ReplyDeleteThat is a primo spot. We have floor vents but don't use them. Maybe we should try it.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like the best spot in the house Our heater vents are in the roof, and we can't quite get up there. Not for lack of trying!
ReplyDeleteWe have floor vents too, but we dont sit on them very often. In fact TBT saw Iza sitting on one yesserday an assumed it was just a random spot to sit. Heat pump vents arent all THAT warm.
ReplyDeleteI have been known to curl up on them and I'm human. :-)
ReplyDeleteFarady, that's where you'll find me all the time during the winter. The mom says I'm gonna burn up. ~Ernie
ReplyDeleteWe have floor vents too! The Dude likes to pull our towels off the racks and make a tiger nest on the bathroom floor vent. :)
ReplyDeleteNO floor vents over here :(
ReplyDeleteBut I have a vent on the wall that blow hot air on me in the winter and cool air in the summer :)
XOXO
We have hot water baseboard heats, so they is always warm during the winter...great for pulling a soft blankie up too and snuggling!
ReplyDeleteOh that is a wonderful winter spot :)
ReplyDeleteI have my bed right next to our warms here!
