How to make your own Ocean

Maxwell: Since the Ocean can't come to me on National Oceans Day, I think I'll just make one of my own.

STEP 1: Figure out how to turn this thing on.

    Were you really wanting to see the ocean?? Then we think you may need to check somewhere else...besides, the tap water is sweet, while ocean water is salty and smells...um...diffurent!
