Wednesday's Waif: Mounds

"Hello! Thanks ever so for stopping by to learn a bit about me!

This isn't my first visit to Wayside. I was here just last fall.
But back then I was just a wee thing, a kitten. And in pretty bad shape, too!

I was adopted out last winter, but just a few weeks ago they found me again as a stray."

"I'm hoping against all hope that this time, this time, I'll find a forever home that'll stick.

And oh, how I'd love to be in a home of my own for the holidays!
That's when I was adopted last year, during the holiday event.

Do you think the second time's the charm? A girlcat like me can certainly appreciate the security of a warm home! Is it possible you and I are destined to meet?

Oh, I hope so!

Just look for the feline with the fabulously luxurious black coat.
That's me!
Mounds"

Mounds is available for adoption today from Allie's Alma Mater, Wayside Waifs.

  2. Oh, Mounds, you look so much like our cat who came before, Talia, that the head peep's eyes misted over. We hope you have a cozy home for the holidays, one that will keep you warm and safe and loved forever.

  3. How sad that the family who adopted you did not treat you right and abandoned you! Paws crossed that your next home is your real one.

  4. Mounds, we are sorry you are back again. But we have our paws crossed that this is all for a good reason. You will see, the next home you find will be your happily ever after. We just know it!

  5. Well, hopefully your next home will be forever and you'll stay put. It's not safe for kitties to make a habit of wondering the streets.
